Shobnall Marina is situated just a short work from the local town, were you will find a packed shopping centre full of shops and services. Burton upon Trent is equally quite well known for doing a little bit of brewing, and home to two of the UK's largest breweries which are well worth a visit.
There is also a Laundrette, Doctors, Hospital, Pharmacy & Vets all within walking distance.
