with your deposit.
You should check with us first that the dock is available when you
want it.
 CONDITIONS
OF USE FOR DRY DOCK
I understand and agree that: -
1 Use of the dry dock is entirely at my risk and no claim can be
made on Jannel Cruisers Ltd or its employees
2 We have been advised that 110v power tools should be used
3 We have been advised that personal protective safety equipment
should be used
4 Dock working hours are 9am to 5pm unless variations are agreed by
Jannel Cruisers
5 No liability is accepted by Jannel Cruisers with regard to damage
to boat or equipment howsoever caused
6 No inboard fires or calor gas heating will be used whilst in the
dry dock Not to enter any areas of the workshop other than access
around boat
8 I will make myself familiar with all working conditions, exits and
location of fire extinguishers
9 To pay all monies owed before leaving marina
10 I understand that the access (main gates) will be locked at 5pm
and they will not be opened after this time unless be prior
agreement
11 Any work carried out by Jannel Cruisers is per terms of business
as displayed in the Chandlery available on request.
